Kalari, Yoga & Massage Training programmes and various adventures, tours and activities to suit your whims and fancies.

Available Packages along with a Kalaripayat classes, body massage treatments or a Yoga class, are FREE Boating trip of  half-hour in the Ashtamudi river at Kollam, kerala, twice  every week, a visit to place near by where elephant is made to move huge logs of wood, or you can make a free elephant ride, once a week. You can read a collection of books available at our library, can meditate on the sea-side or do yoga classes. On a special request we can arrange a Kathakali programme or Kalaripayat demo at our centre in your expense at a nominal fees US$12.5 per head at your request. A minimum of  10 or more foreign tourist must be there to arrange such a programme. You can make a walk in the leisure time through the villages or go to a coir-making industry near-by, do shopping by yourself ...and lot more. It is very exciting and thrilling.

Travel in a country-boat rowed by a long bamboo across the lake. You can try your skills, provided you know how to swim.

Enjoy an Elephant ride and become a part of the nature.

For Kalaripayat classes:
Time: 7am-9am
Duration: 2 hrs and weekly all days except sunday.
 
For Yoga classes:
Time:6am-7am
Duration: 1 hr and weekly all days except sunday.
 
Sundays: You can use for personal study, library reading, walking to near-by areas, taking snaps, doing shoping or whatever you like.
 

You can have a trip to the coir-industry in remote village areas, travel in a local country boat.
